If you’re after a relaxing time with top quality accommodation and amazing sea views, then Vila Anni is the perfect place for you!

This friendly and accommodating villa is located in the peaceful and quiet city of Sutivan, 200 meters away from the centre and only 50 meters away from the main beach.

In close vicinity are also a number of sporting and leisure facilities accommodating for a game of football, basketball, bowling and much more.

Your stay at Vila Anni is guaranteed to be a serene and tranquil one, with all but one unit boasting sea-side views.

Each unit is equipped with a satellite TV, air conditioning, new furniture and the kitchen in each suite is equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, hob, microwave oven, kettle and all necessary utensils for cooking and serving food.

All bathrooms have a hair dryer and laundry services are also available to our guests for a small fee. All apartments are equipped with Wi Fi internet access that is available to all our guests.

Swimming pool working time: in the morning from 8:00 - 13:00 hours and in the afternoon from 16:00 - 19:00 hours.
