Positioned in an extremely nice and peaceful village between Split and Trogir, we offer you maximum comfort that you deserve on your holiday. Two local beaches are just 1000 meters from the Villa, close enough to enjoy the beautiful beaches of coastal Dalmatia and just far enough to enjoy peace and quite of this solitary Villa

We believe in a traditional way of life but we also believe in the modern air-conditioning system and fast WI-FI internet that you'll have in the entire apartment.

With this booking you get the entire 120 m² floor of the Villa just to yourself. This beautiful, single and fully equipped apartment guarantees you peace and solitude just couple of minutes from the beach

LOCATION

This Panoramic View Villa has no direct neighbors. Terrace and balcony overlook the Adriatic Sea, Split and the surrounding nearby islands Brac, Hvar and Ciovo

INTERIOR

This spacious Villa can accommodate up to 12 persons and has 4 separate bedrooms with 2 double beds, 4 single beds and 4 extra beds, if necessary. There are 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, 2 showers and a bath tub. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge and freezer, dish washer, gas cooker,coffee maker, stove, electric kettle and a microwave. You also have a separate dining area with a large table and 8 chairs. There is a new and comfortable 7-person sofa and a brand new digital TV

Outside there are 4 free and private parking spaces. You can relax on the terrace which is equipped with garden furniture, a large table, 8 chairs and surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden with a size of 2000 m²

The property is only 1000 meters from the beach and the sea and 1000 meters from the old town center with bank, postal office, ambulance, marina and big shopping centers nearby. You can visit the UNESCO towns Split and Trogir which are only ten and twenty minutes away. Local restaurants offer Croatian domestic food at favorable prices
