We would like to offer You a vacation on ISLAND OF HVAR, CROATIA, In a small village SVETA NEDJELJA , 15 km from JELSA, 25 km from Stari Grad ferry-boat, 45 km from town Hvar by main road (or 15 km by rough forest road but suitable for a car).It is on south side of the island, beneath the Hill St. Nikola, ecology zone with lot’s of vineyards , ideal for people who like natural Adriatic environment, not too urban, with very clear sea, beautiful and wild nature and coast.Comfortable environment for quite family vacation but also for active vacation (sea, hill, bicycles…).Our family summer-house VILLA YPSILON (with 4 apartments) is surrounded by pine-trees, on the slope ground, downhill.It is 150 m, uphill from the sea and 200 m from a small picturesque pebble beach, suitable also for children, along the coast there are places with rocks or flat surfaces with or without steps to enter the sea, where you can sunbathe and swim (190-500 m from the house, small rocky beaches).The house is new build. All apartments have two rooms, have 30-45 square meter, for 3-5 persons, (4-5 beds), an equipped kitchen in part of bigger room, a bathroom, have separate entries, separate terraces, parking-place. Several apartments have air conditioning and sat TV. Free Wi-Fi Internet. In facilities behind house you can use washing machine, deep freezer, storage for seaside equipment. The garden is not yet fully decorated but there is a garden table, grill, swing-sofa, Mediterranean plants…
