Njivice once a small fishing village, today is a significant tourist center of tihe island Krk.
Njivice are located in the northwestern part of the island, between Omisalj in the north and Malinska on south
From the bridge Krk are within 15 km, and an international airport Rijeka on the island Krk is 10 km from Njivice.
Apartments SIMPA are situated on the top floor of a family house, located in a quiet part of Kijac, an new settlement in Njivice. House is located in an area without traffic in the surrounding of green forest, and is ideal for families with children, but also for people who want to enjoy the peace and tranquility.
House offers accommodation in 2 apartments with a capacity of 2+2 beds.
Each apartment has a private terrace of 15 m2, which offers stunning views of the sea, the bay, island Cres and mountain Ucka, perfect to enjoy in sunsets.
Both apartments consist of room with double bed and one single bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
In the kitchen there is a single bed.
Apartments are fully equipped with household and kitchen utensils: pots and utensils for preparing and serving food and drinks, as well as bed linen, blankets and towels.
Apartments have air conditioning, TV, WI-FI Internet.
In a beautifully landscaped yard and the shade of green forest, guests have on use benches, table and barbecue.
Parking lots free of charge are located in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The beach in the bay of Kijac is just 250 meters from the apartments. The sea bottom is fine sand and beach is pebble, surrounded by greenery and is ideal for families with small children.
Around the bay Kijac and cape Cuf, in the direction to the center of Njivice and Malinska are rocky - sandy beaches in small coves, and the shade of green forest stretches to the coast.
With an easy walk along the coastal promenade for 20 min can be reached center of Njivice, and for less one hour to the popular tourist resort of Malinska.
