The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, balcony, living room with a kitchen where there is a sofa bed for one adult or two children. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Sheets and towels are included and changed once a week. There is a parking place. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in a newly built home.

The sea is about 250 meters, and in the nearby bay there is sand, gravel, rocks and concrete beaches. Also a small dock where you can take a taxi boat to some islands where the beaches are beautiful.
Nearby is a diving club and a tennis court, and you can rent bikes, scooters, boats.
The old town of Korcula can be reached by walking along the sea for 15-minutes, or by taxi boat.
