Description of the house and apartment(s):
Apartment Niksic are situated in a private house in a quiet part of the new settlement Njivice-Kijac. With centers are affiliated promenade of Njivice to us (Kijac) and to Malinska.
From our house to the center of Njivice walking down arrives for twenty minutes to Malinska for 60 min.
Guests can use the grill in the backyard with garden furniture and children's playground with slide, sandbox, swings and a trampoline for children.
The yard is fenced and ideal for families with small children.
Parking is provided on a private parking lot in front of the house.
The beach is ideal for small children. The sea is fine sand and the gradual entry to the beach is gravel, concrete and a small park with shade for the towels.

Studio - located on the ground floor, in one part of the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.

Apartment A1 is located on the ground floor. It consists of a bedroom with 3 beds, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom.

Apartment A2 is on the first floor, facing the sjever.Apartman is fully equipped.
It consists of a bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has a terrace overlooking the sea.

Apartment A3 is located on the top floor of the house facing the north west. It consists of two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It has a rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment has air conditioning, which is charged extra 5 euros per day.
