House Luca is situated in a quiet street in the center of the town. Apartments oriented to the south offer a wonderful view of the sea and nearby islands. There are two apartments for four or five people and two studio apartments for two or three people. All apartments have terraces. The house has its own parking in the yard.

Prices:
- Five-bed apartment (the bedroom has one double and one single bed, and the living room has one sofa bed, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, balcony and terrace with sea view)- 45 € / day out of season, 55 € / day in high season
- Four-bed apartment (the bedroom has one double bed and the living room has one sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and 3 balconies with sea view) - 45 € / day out of season, 55 € / day in high season
- Bed studio apartment (one-room apartment with one double bed, one single bed, mini-kitchen, bathroom and balcony) - 35 € / day out of season, 40 € / day in season
- Bed studio apartment (one-room apartment with one double bed, one individual bed, mini-kitchen and balcony with sea view) - 30 euros / day out of season, 35 € / day in season

All apartments have free wireless Internet access.
