Description of the house and apartment(s):
On the south side of the Island of Hvar is situated Zavala, a picturesque fishing and tourist town.
The house is situated approximately 80m from the sea. Small island Scedro, can be seen directly in front of the house, the channel between Island of Scedro and Island of Hvar is suitable for windsurfing.
The nearest beach is approximately 100-120m from the house.
Hvar Island is known as the sunniest Dalmatian island and the south side-Zavala has exceptional microclimate, suitable for people with respiratory problems (asthma, allergies ,...)
Our apartments Deveron, surrounded by the shade of pine trees, which are prepared for your home network and deck chairs rocking. In addition to the house there is a grill where you can prepare delicious daily fish and meat dishes on the grill.
Nature and Environment in Zavala is the ideal place for families with children, but also for guests tired from the daily city noise.
Zavala is the place pleasant and romantic evening, the beautiful landscape of the gravel and rocky beaches located in many bays.

Each apartment has one or two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a bathroom and toilet and a large terrace with sea view. The terraces, sized from 12m² - 20m², are covered so you can enjoy them during any time of day.
The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV / satellite, free-WIFI;
Sailors and guests can have their own boats (up to 7m) put on a private, labeled anchorage which is located 10m from shore. Parking, located beside the house, has secured covered parking place for each apartment.
