Superb family holiday apartments next to the sea, with terraces and open sea view!
This house is beautifully situated just a few yards from the water's edge, on Ciovo island, on a quiet part of the shore, facing the mainland but with beautiful clean water and a beach suitable for children, just in front. Long pebble beach right in front!
Behind the house is another small area of patio, which includes a bbq, and for swimmers, an outdoor shower!
The house has a garage for one car only, but there are extra parking along the road.
The A1 apartment /ground floor/ is spacious and laid out with a double bedroom, large lounge with a double bed, a good size kitchen, bathroom with a shower and a hallway.
In front of the apartment is a large terrace, 25m sq, with fabulous views across the water and up and down the coast. There is furniture here for 'alfresco' meals.
The apartment is fully equipped and air-conditioned!
The A2 apartment is on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms /2+3+1/. It is spacious and laid out with 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, a good size kitchen, bathroom with a shower and a hallway. The apartment has large terrace and balcony, both with fabulous views across the water and up and down the coast. There is furniture here for 'alfresco' meals.
The apartment is fully equipped and air-conditioned!
Wifi flat available and free if charge.

The apartments are kept beautifully clean and well decorated by the current owners.
Slatine is a small fishing village, at the end of the road from Trogir, and rarely visited by tourists, for this reason. There is a regular foot-ferry that stops here as it chugs backwards and forwards between Split and Trogir and this drops you off perfectly in front of the Roman Palace, on Riva.
Trogir is 4 km the other direction, the historic and cultural centre of the region, with many fine restaurants, bars museums and other facilities and entertainments for visitors to the region.
Both, Split and Trogir are UNESCO heritage sites!
There are buses to Trogir and Slatine.
Tax is not included and is 1 EUR per day per person in high season, and € 0.5 before and after the season.
Using of the air-con is not included and is 5 euro/per day.
Arrival is after 15.00 and departure till 10.00.
