DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT
Apartment (3 stars). Comfortably accomodates 3+1 people on 40 m2. Newly renovated, bottom floor with stone walls that usually keeps the temperature on a comfortable level. Only ca 30m from the beach!
KITCHEN/DININGROOM/LIVINGROOM
Kitchen is fully equipped, with gas and electric stove, electric oven, dishwasher microwave, coffe machine, and more. Kitchen table with 4 chairs.
The living room area has a full sized futon sofa and satellite TV.
BEDROOMS
1 double-bed room with cable TV and air condition
1 single bed room
BATHROOM
Shower cabin, laundry machine.
TERRACE
Big terrace, ca 60m2, with barbecue. Sink with water for dishes, electrical outlets, electric lamps, table and chairs (very nice for eating and sitting during the day and night), sun shade/tenda and electric stove. The terrace is not shared and for our guests only.
DESCRIPTION OF SPLITSKA
The apartment is in Splitska, a small village on the coast of the beautiful island of Brac. It is a quiet, mediterranean place, very cozy, with pebble and rocky beaches in the shade of pine trees. Splitska is built in meditteranean, old style, and it contains an old church and the stone-quarry "Rasohe" that dates back to the Roman empire. With it´s permanent population of less than 400, it is an ideal getaway from the stress and fuss of the big city. Just 5 km away lies the main town of Supetar, known for it´s buzzing nightlife and many other things. In Splitska there are four restaurants, a coffee bar, a small supermarket and a store where you can get domestic wine and olive oil.
GETTING TO SPLITSKA
To get to Splitska, you first take the ferry from Split. The 50-minute ferry route runs frequently all-year round. From Supetar, you easily reach Splitska by car, bus or taxi. A taxi will bring you there for around 100-120kn. If you want us to pick you up in Supetar, it can probably be arranged, of course free of charge. Contact us if you have any questions!
