Description of the house and apartment(s):
Apartment has: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all other technical apliances, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and two balconies. Living room is equipped with DVD/SAT/LCD/TV/Hi-Fi and air conditioner. From the balcony you have magnificent view on the island of Lokrum and Old Town of Dubrovnik which is only 150 meters walking distance away from us. Linen and towels are provided, hair dryer, iron & board we give upon request, without extra charge. All taxes are inlcuded in price. . . . Dubrovnik Residence is not far away from the beach and center; to the beach you need 50 meters of light stroll and to the Old Town not more than 150 meters of walk. Grocery store is just above the house. If you are coming by car we can provide you with free parking and if you are coming by plane we can arrange a direct transfer to our house by the most suitable prices. While you are here, if you want, we can arrange a private guide to guide you through Dubrovnik old town. If and when you decide to confirm reservation, please mail me and I will send you details for the payement of deposit. Deposit can be payed on various ways over bank account, Western Union, Personal Cheque, Money Grant or what over other way suites you except credit cards. Credit crads are not accepted because of simple reason that we are registered only as accomodation renters and do not have possibility of doing business with credit cards. I usually ask for 20%. The deadline for the payement of deposit is 7 days after confirmation of the booking. After that booking will no longer be valid. CONVENIENT PRICE – All prices are valid for seven (7) nights of lodging. Tax included. DISCOUNT – Longer lodging and out of full season negotiation possible. TRANSFER – If you decide to stay with us there will be organized taxi transfer at the most suitable price. RESERVATION – 20 % of advancement.
