Amanda Apartment is located near the city centre, close to the business part of the city, close to the tram station, next to the Green Gold Centre, situated only 500 m from the Zagreb bus station. Size of apartment is 42,5 m2 with large terrace on the top of the 10th floor of a building, actually "mini penthouse" and an oasis of calm with breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The apartment is newly renovated, fully equipped, with air conditioning and central heating. It consists of a bedroom with a living room, dining room with kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and a hall. Elegantly decorated room includes a Queen size (French) bed (200 x 160 cm) and a sofa that can be easily converted into an additional bed (200 x 80 cm). Amenities also include LCD tv set with satellite and over 300 different TV and radio programs. There is also a free Internet superfast Wi-Fi. Kitchen and dining room are modern and functionally equipped. Fully furnished bathroom with hanging toilet has a spacious shower cabin (120x80 cm). In the hall there is a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of space for storage. On the terrace you can dine or just enjoy the view of the city while resting on chairs/armchairs with modifications of the backrest in the 5 position. On request we will be happy to try to meet all additional requirements and wishes of our guests. On the ground floor of the building of the apartments as well as in the immediate vicinity there are numerous facilities: shops, bakery, pharmacy, dry cleaning, laundry, cafes, restaurants, casinos, shopping and entertainment centre, wellness (spa, swimming pool, fitness) and more.
