Terms of Service for apartment owners/users
ApartmentsCroatia.net ownership of PONDI d.o.o. (in further text "service provider" or "provider") is a business solution for the presentation and renting of apartments on the Internet with direct contact between owners and guests.
Owner of the apartments located in Croatia (in further text "user") is a person or a company which by law can offer tourist services and presents own apartments for renting on the site www.ApartmentsCroatia.net.
With a registration on ApartmentsCroatia.net user acknowledges that is acquainted with this Terms of service and accepts and agrees to it completely. Membership at ApartmentsCroatia.net is limitless.
Rules and regulations for the user
User:
- is binded to follow the rules of this Terms of service so that can freely use provider services and is considered by registration that the user accepted and agreed to all rules.
- can be a person, family or a company (hotel, agency) which offers apartment accommodation for rent that is located in Croatia and can't add any other accommodation.
- is binded to use the services by Croatian and International laws and that he/she will exclude the provider from responsibility in all criminal investigations or compensation requests from third parties.
- is obliged to keep safe his/her user data and is solely responsible for any damage involving unauthorized use of his/her user account.
- voluntary gives away his/her personal data with a registration on www.ApartmentsCroatia.net and gives permission to use the same data for the presentation of apartments. This same data can also be used for further communication between user-provider and for delivering advertising messages from provider.
- is responsible for the accuracy of the published text and for authenticity of published photos.
- can't delude in advertising, i.e. lead in delusion or probably delude people to whom presentation of apartments is referred to.
- declares under full material and criminal responsibility that all published material uploaded and entered on www.ApartmentsCroatia.net are his/her own property and he/she holds author's rights for it.
- provides his/her e-mail address at registration on www.ApartmentsCroatia.net for the communication with ApartmentsCroatia.net and for reservation requests from guests for his/her accommodation units. User is solely responsible for the accuracy and functionality of the e-mail address.
- can't use the provider services for presenting other content than content related to www.ApartmentsCroatia.net, violate author and copyright rights, handle in illegal trade and distribution, and offer any other questionable content.
- can't also use his/her account for SPAM, upload unwanted files, use of vulgar or dirty language in a on site communication and endanger other persons with rude communication or with his/her behavior.
- can in any time delete his/her account if he/she is not satisfied with service provided.
Rules and regulations for the provider
Service provider:
- doesn't guarantee for the provided services, and can in any moment cancel or change the same services without prior notice, and excludes any possible damage aroused from that action.
- is not responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of data published for the presentation of the apartments and only user carries responsibility for eventual consequences accrued from publishing it.
- is obliged to include the accommodation data in own database only for the online presentation without intermediation between users and guests.
- can't be held responsible for the eventual damage accrued with processing, showing or losing of provided information about accommodation facilities and units.
- holds the right to change, suspend (temporary and permanently) any kind of content on the site www.ApartmentsCroatia.net without any obligation of prior notice and is not responsible for any damage eventually accrued from that action.
- doesn't control the content being exchanged between visitors and users and can't guarantee the accuracy, origin or quality of that content.
- can't be held responsible for the arrangement between guests/visitors and the owners of accommodation units i.e. users.
- can't be held responsible for the consequences that can occur because of the lack of occupancy of the accommodation units for the time being as a member of ApartmentsCroatia.net and for eventual damage accrued from using the accommodation units.
- can in every moment use pages, where user present their apartments, for commercial purposes i.e. to put own adds or adds from the clients, and can send users e-mail messages with advertising content.
- has the right to suspend or delete without prior notice any user account which violates Terms of service on www.ApartmentsCroatia.net.
- can, but is not obliged to provide customer/user support service.
- holds the right to reject, cancel or suspend any user without prior notice.
- can't be held responsible for any damage accrued from canceling user's account.
This Terms of service are subject to a change without prior notice.
