Description of the house and apartment(s):
Apartment Zaton, for 4 persons (max. 5 persons in case of small children), in a new house 100m from the sea, just beside the Tourist Village Zaton and near the town of Nin and Zaton. Fully equipped with air conditioning, in a newly refurbished family house, warm and cosy, with a sea view and large terrace. Parking, beautiful natural sandy little beach and 10 minutes walk from the tourist village Zaton. Behind the house are fig trees, grapes, our small medicinal garden, beautiful walks through fields of Mediterranean aromatic grasslands. Price per night, 65€ (01.07. - 31.08.), 55€ (01.06. - 30.06. & 01.09. - 30.09.), rest of the year 35€ or for a longer stay or longer rent (possible during whole year, heating possible) lower price according to previous agreement.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a newly renovated house, it is a warm and cosy home, has 3 rooms (one double bed room, one room with two single beds, and one living room with a TV, a dining table and a sofa which can be used as an additional bed) with access to the big terrass and a sea view. The apartment has heating and cooling with airconditioning, depending on the season you arrive, a fully functional kitchen and a bathroom.
As the house is in a less occupied area and with less infrastructure provided, that internet hotspot will be provided by a local Croatian smart phone.
Upon your arrival you can use a smartphone for all your stay, with 7Gb of internet and 7000 minutes of calls in Croatia. This you can use also for calls inland. You will have a hotspot for all of your devices with this.
As we deeply care for the environment, at the house there is always homemade soap for the whole body (olive and coconut oil) which we make ourselves. You are free to use it while you stay at our house. In addition, regrading the plastic pollution of the Sea and Oceans, our apartment is equipped with ecological dishwashing detergent and compostable biodegradable garbage bags.
